Rates
Initial 90" Assessment Session: $325.00; 45' Session: $185.00; 30" Session: $125.00; 15" Consultation: $65.00
Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. For example, PPO Insurance covers a % of fee, at the "out-of-network provider" rate. My rates are within what the insurance companies consider "reasonable and customary." Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, there is a $115 missed-appointment fee.
